During the day of diving with the Scuba Magazine group, there was a lady (Bonnie) who was a free lance photographer with the group. I would like to contact her to request some of her photos. Could you provide me her email address? Do you have trips to dive with the whale sharks? How is the Evolution operating? How many dives so far? I enjoyed diving with my unit when I was in Mexico. I suppose you folks have this diet figured out though - something gentle on the stomach that most people won't have a digestive problem with before the 2nd dive. My wife who is was nervous about snorkeling really got a kick out of it and I am still in Awe of the coral formations. Ramon was very entertaining and funny. Your recommendation was right on target. Thank you. I received my Advanced Nitrox, Extended Range, Decompression Procedures, Entry Level Trimix and Advanced Gas Blender certifications through a very safe, effective and efficient program. This could not have been achieved without the great efforts of Don Labbruzzo, his guidance and his staff at Deep Exposure, their concise examples and understandable instruction, and your outfitting of my equipment in such a compressed period of time. As you know, I am pretty hard to please... You also know I am a very loyal customer once I find the service I am looking for. Deep Exposure has now proved to me that I need not go anywhere else for my technical diving needs in Mexico. They advertise and truly deliver a first class diving experience for the advanced or technical diver. German is undoubtedly an expert in this area and a great instructor. I am looking forward to spending more time under his mentorship. I feel that I have not only met great people to do business with, but have made friends with these folks. However, the best complement to great service is repeat business: I'll get with you soon to schedule my Advanced Trimix, Advanced Wreck and Introduction to Cave Diving Training for another two weeks of diving with Deep Exposure and German. I'm also considering bringing my family down for another go at recreational diving. I believe Don could provide the setup even my wife would enjoy... And that's really saying something! Ramon is hilarious and we really have to buy him some swim trunks....... Giovanni (hope I spelled this correctly) is a super nice guy and Pepe had us in stitches. Manuel was a great practical joker. We are planning on coming back and doing this in a bigger and better way this fall. We are planning something a liveaboards but your operation was excellent and we think this would work there also. The members of your dive shop were instrumental in providing us with an excellent experience in Cozumel; without their personal contributions, it wouldn't have been near as much fun. We were planning a return at the end of May this year, but a geothermal heating upgrade and a house remodeling project have taken precedence, so it looks as though summer will be ending and hurricane season will be started before we can make it back. We had a fabulous time! My husband is hooked on diving, as am I! Looks like at some point we will be buying gear and can't wait to head back down there! Ramon was AWESOME!!! We had so much fun with him. We never once felt uncomfortable or above our limits! We did 10 dives! Not only is he fabulous under water but we had a blast with him on the boat! The whole crew was tremendous. Awesome food and so fun to be around! I can't thank you enough for all the information you gave us and for running such a wonderful dive outfit! Yamil was just as awesome as were Manuel and Geovani. Omar was great too! I will not hesitate to go down again and dive with them or recommend them to anyone! We lucked out all week having Ramon to ourselves. So again, Thank you!!!!! Oh, the hotel was fantastic. We loved that it was right in town and it was very clean and comfortable! Thank you! Thank you! I was extremely happy with the excellent service, pricing and support of Deep Exposure. The booking process was smooth and informative. The cost, though a little higher then Sand Dollar, was a value for the extra services rendered. The lunch was very good and the unhurried pace was welcome. Your boat is in excellent condition and is a welcome relief from the cattle boats. A special thanks to the first mate Manuel. He is one of the best boat assistants I have ever dove with ANYWHERE. Pepe was great. He even fixed my wife's safe second for her. He was knowledgeable and very entertaining. Ramone was with us as Dive Master on the last day and he also was professional, helpful and very courteous. The boats Captain was perfect in his drop offs and pick ups. Even in heavy seas on Thursday and Friday. The fishing with Albatross was great as well. Great boat, great staff and great results. Three Barracuda, one Wahoo and a Bonita. Please send our regards to the entire staff and to Rita at Albatross. Julie and I had a wonderful week and look forward to repeating the whole deal next year!
